Community Privacy
What Community stores, what becomes public and what you can remove.
Account and sign-in
HappySoul stores your member account, email address, authentication method and Google identifier when Google sign-in is connected. Your email address is never displayed on your public profile.
Profile and avatar
Your display name, public username, optional biography, optional website and avatar are stored with the account. A public profile exists only while you have an eligible approved public playlist.
Activity
Likes, saved tracks, download history and saved playlists are stored against your member account so they can be available on other devices.
Playlists and comments
Your playlists and their ordered tracks are stored with your account. Comments are stored with moderation status and may remain after account deletion in anonymized form so conversation threads remain readable.
HappySoul Premium
If you use Premium, HappySoul stores the PayPal subscription ID and billing status for recurring plans, or the verified prepaid access expiry and processed PayPal order references for prepaid months. Card, bank and PayPal wallet details remain with PayPal and are not stored by HappySoul.
Reports and moderation
Community reports, moderation state and a minimal administrator audit log are stored for safety and abuse handling. Public content is never hidden automatically only because another member submitted a report.
Your controls
From Account → Profile you can download your HappySoul Community data, remove a custom avatar, disconnect Google, hide your public profile when eligible, or permanently delete the member account. Account deletion removes Community activity and playlists and anonymizes authored comments.
